It is unclear whether Professor Konstantinos ever discovered this evolution, with its flaming aquamarine wings - a true feat of meta-mimetic evolution, unseen elsewhere in the whole Archipelago. Most notably, Tukai's wings are made almost entirely of flowing water. Tukai's tail is made of two long feathers: the top feather is white, and the bottom feather is dark blue with a turquoise underside.
